Was looking for a shorter short than usual, since my legs aren't particularly long. Found these and was thrilled! Good compression, nice & sleek, not too binding around the thighs; pad works fine; love the lower waistband - very comfy. Altogether, these shorts LOOK HOT and are extremely comfortable on the ride. That being said, I was surprised to have to size UP. I'm a small size 8 - no bigger- and can usu take a medium in shorts (except for some notoriously small brands), but had to go with a L here. Also, forget that "fast dry" bit unless you live in the desert. Yes, the SHORTS dry fast, but on the line, it took the chamois all day & an overnight stint in the AC to dry out. Bottom line, tho, my new favorite shorts!
