Chest:  Measure at the fullest part of the chest, keeping the measuring tape up under the armpits and over the shoulder blades.

Waist:  Measure around the narrowest part of the natural waistline.

Hips:  Standing with heels together, measure around the fullest part of the body (approximately 8" below natural waistline.)

I absolutely love these mesh tops. Light and airy but covers all your stuff. I have collected 4 of them over the years and the oldest ones look like new years later. They wash up like a dream. A quality piece of bike clothing. I wear them all the time to spinning class too. I go up a size or 2 and get the xxl. I like them on the loose side
