Chest:  Measure at the fullest part of the chest, keeping the measuring tape up under the armpits and over the shoulder blades.

Waist:  Measure around the narrowest part of the natural waistline.

Hips:  Standing with heels together, measure around the fullest part of the body (approximately 8" below natural waistline.)

This is a winner

I wasn't sure I would like this top when I ordered it, but once it arrived I was really happy I bought it. The graphics are really great, and don't scream dorky bicycle chick. The cuffs are long enough to pull over your wrists and hand to keep you warm, but easily fold back to just the right length off the bike. This looks great, and doesn't shrink when you machine wash it (I have not put it in the dryer).
