Sleeves: With elbow bent, measure from back neck to elbow and down to wrist.

Waist: Measure loosely around your waist where you normally wear your pants.

Inseam: Use a well fitting, similarly styled pair of pants. Lay pants flat, seam on inseam, measure from crotch to bottom of hem.

Hips: Stand, feet together, measure around fullest part of hips.

Great shirt!

This is a very lightweight flannel and is fun for fall - love the black pearl snaps! I'm a size 10 and the large was very comfortable. Sleeves and body of shirt run long. 90%Cotton, 10%Viscose.
