Choose Your Model and Size
Not sure about buying a bicycle over the web? Don't be -- we've made it as risk-free as possible. On our site, you'll find all the information you need. The first thing you'll want to do is find out about us. Then decide which model is best for you. Click on the Performance, Sport, Touring and Hybrid links above to find out what kind of riding they're suited for, their components, price and geometry. Here's a side by side comparison of all our bikes. To choose the proper size, consult our fit recommendations.
Professional Assembly
Once you decide which bike you want, place your order on our site or call us (800-289-8379). We'll confirm that you've chosen the right size and model. We'll send the bike to a dealer and pay him to assemble the bike and fit it to you.
If we already have a dealer who stocks Terry bicycles, the bike will be sent to that dealer for you or you can contact the dealer yourself about buying the bike directly from the shop rather than through us. If there is no stocking dealer in your area, feel free to recommend any dealer who's convenient or we'll be glad to find one for you.
Why even involve a dealer when we sell a bike directly to you? So the bicycle can be assembled and fit properly before you take it for a test ride. Try it for two weeks. If you like it, keep it. If you don't, we'll take it back. Your purchase price will be refunded, less the cost of shipping the bike to you. You can try as many bikes as you want.
The Fine Print
The price you're charged includes a $23 shipping surcharge. We can ship by air; please ask about this option when we contact you. Normally, this will add about $125 to the shipping charge. Overseas shipping is possible, but quite expensive.
You can test the bike for two weeks after you receive it from the dealer.
If you choose not to keep the bike, please pack it correctly and return it to us promptly. Once we receive it in good condition, we will refund the price you paid for the bike, less the shipping charge you paid to have it sent to you. Make sure you insure the bike in case it's lost or damaged by the carrier!
If the bike is damaged in shipment because of poor packaging or has riding damage, we will charge you for those damages.
If you return a bicycle and want to try another, we will be glad to send one. Outbound shipping charges will apply.
"I considered the Bianchi Eros, Cannondale R500 and the Trek 2000 WSD. Finally got it down to the Trek and the Terry. The Symmetry just has a smoother ride and a better overall fit."
