The frame is made of Waterford OS2 double-butted steel and is hand built in the United States. The fork is carbon with an aluminum steerer. Don't expect a weight penalty, though; the 58cm size weighs about 18 pounds.

Isis uses the Shimano Ultegra compact group, 50/34 chainrings paired with an 12/27 10-speed cassette. Twenty gears with enough high and low to accommodate a variety of terrain. The shimmed Shimano R700 brake/shift levers give you an easy reach to the brake levers.
