The frame is made of Waterford OS2 double-butted steel and is hand built in the United States. The fork is carbon with an aluminum steerer. Don't expect a weight penalty, though; the 58cm size weighs about 18 pounds.

What makes Isis Sport different from Isis Pro? The gearing. We added some very low, climb any mountain, gears on Isis Sport by using a triple crankset. For those of you in hillier areas or those of you who just want to relax and ride the bike in any terrain with ease, Isis Sport is your bike. Isis Sport also has a slightly taller head tube to help you get into a more upright position if that's your preference.

The foundation of Isis Sport is the Shimano Ultegra group, with a Sugino Rd-5000T 26/36/48 crankset paired with an IRD 11/34 10-speed cassette and an IRD Alpina front derailleur . Thirty gears with enough high and low to take you up the Alps and back. The shimmed Shimano R700 brake/shift levers give you an easy reach to the brake levers.
