Where you've been: Returns Policy
We're proud of the products we sell and we back them, unconditionally. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your Terry purchase, simply return it for an exchange, credit or refund*.
Please be sure to include your invoice or order number on all returns. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card. Insure your package and mail to: Terry Returns Department, 1657 East Park Drive, Macedon, New York 14502-8892.
Saddles must be returned within 30 days, apparel and accessories within 60 days for refund unless defective.
* Returns after 60 days (30 days for saddles) will be applied to exchange or gift certificates only.
