Best for use with road, moutain and cyclocross bikes, the Sherpa 2.0 Hitch Rack is as no-brainer when it comes to bike racks. We like this tray-style rack because it's lightweight, easy to use and totally secure. It holds two bikes, up to 40 lbs each, with tires up to 3 inches wide, and places them 14 inches apart to give them plenty of personal space. The adjustable ratchet arms can be secured and released with just one hand and provide an intuitively snug, no-wobble fit. An external cable with a semi integrated lock provides an anti-theft level of security when you're making pit stops. When not in use, the tire cradles fold flat and the entire rack can be tilted away from the vehicle to allow access to your rear hatch. When it's time to load up, a foot-actuated pivot lever allows you to unfold the rack, hands-free. Made of heat treated aluminum, it weighs just 32 lbs, allowing for easy installation and removal.
