| The fine print: |

- If you'd like 3-day, 2-day or Next day (expedited) shipping, please place your order by 2:00 pm Eastern Time Monday - Friday so we receive it in time to ship the same day. If you're not sure we'll receive it by the shipping deadline, please call customer service at 800-289-8379 and we'll be glad to take your order.
- All non-expedited orders (Standard, Canada, International) are normally processed within 3 - 5 days from the time we receive them.
- Orders are processed and shipped daily according to the above stated schedule with the exception of weekends and major US holidays.
- 3-day, 2-day and Next day options refer to normal business days. Holidays and weekends are excluded. Delivery by end of day.
- International customers: you may be charged VAT and duty by your local revenue authorities. Please take this into account when ordering.
