Returns Window Extended to January of Next Year!
Terry’s standard returns window will be temporarily extended for customers shopping early for the holiday season. The 2022 Extended Holiday Returns Policy allows items purchased between November 1st, 2022 through December 31st, 2022 to be returned by January 31, 2023 for credit or exchange.
Ride it. Wear it. Love it or Return it*. We're proud of the products we sell and we back them unconditionally. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your Terry purchase, simply return it for a credit or refund* within a year of your purchase.
RETURN SHIPPING LABEL
Use the link below to prepare a return shipping label.
- Please email the completed label to yourself for printing. Choose this option on the USPS site.
- Keep the tracking number handy. This is your proof of delivery to Terry, and once your package is received, the process takes an additional week to complete.

Use the returns form shipped with your item(s). If you have lost it, download a generic form here.
- Terry does not provide free return shipping; we will deduct $7.95 from your refund to cover the return shipment when you use our return label (link above), or you can use the returns form and purchase your preferred shipping method yourself.
- Items returned within 30 days will be refunded to your original form of payment. Items returned after 30 days, for up to a year, will be credited to a Terry Gift Certificate.
- An exchange is two transactions: a return and a reorder. Please call for free shipping or to have your discount honored on your reorder.
- Gift returns may be refunded to the gift giver or credited to a gift certificate for the gift receiver.
- Product returned for refund or exchange must be in new or salable condition. Terry reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges for product returned in used or abused condition.
- Returns are processed within two weeks of receipt at our facility and a return e-mail will be sent when this process is complete.
- Please include all care tags and packaging with your return, and include your name, address, phone and email information. Refunds may be delayed if this information is missing.
- Please wear undergarments when trying on cycling bottoms.
